This is the list I compiled which I will bring my foreign visitors to try when they are in SG, these should broadly cover all the SOP dishes in Sg. Anything else that I missed out?

You can ignore the remarks beside some of the food names as they may be outdated. Some are quite notes which I took down from taxi drivers.
